When will my order dispatch? Orders dispatch within 1-2 business days from our Brisbane warehouse. You'll receive a tracking notification by email as soon as your order is on its way.
What are your products made from? Our tapware is WELS-certified and WaterMark-approved. Our products are either Brass or 304 stainless steel with Ceramic Cartridges
What's your returns policy? We offer stress-free 7-day returns. If you change your mind, contact us at within 7 days of delivery and we'll organise a return, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
